SciMiner is a dictionary- and rule-based biomedical literature mining and functional enrichment analysis tool developed by Dr. Junguk Hur, while he was at the University of Michgan, Ann Arbor.

SciMiner is freely available but this server may limit the number of documents per query from users outside of the University of Michigan.

As of April 19, 2016, we have initiated migrating SciMiner to a new server at the University of North Dakota, School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Please, note that this relocation would affect SciMiner outputs that contain articles that have not been processed previously. This is due to different accessiblity to full text journal articles between UM and UND.

!!! NEW (02/20/2012): SciMiner.pm module has been updated. If you use a standalone version of SciMiner, please download an updated version (available at Download).

!!! New release of SciMiner standalone is available. We now provide SciMiner virtual machine in Ubuntu 9.10. Please refer to the download page for new changes.

The standalone server version of SciMiner is available at 'Download'.

The user manual is available at 'Introduction'.
