WELCOME TO SciMiner

SciMiner is a dictionary- and rule-based biomedical literature mining and functional enrichment analysis tool developed by Dr. Junguk Hur, while he was at the University of Michgan, Ann Arbor.

SciMiner is freely available but this server may limit the number of documents per query from users outside of the University of Michigan.

As of April 19, 2016, we have migrated SciMiner to a new server at the University of North Dakota, School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Please, note that this relocation would affect SciMiner outputs that contain articles that have not been processed previously. This is due to different accessiblity to full text journal articles between UM and UND.

The standalone server version of SciMiner is available at 'Download'.

The user manual is available at 'Introduction'.
