Update: sciminer.pm module has been updated (02/22/2012).
* Backup your old sciminer.pm and use this updated one. This only applies to the Ubuntu based SciMiner (/home/juhur/ANNOTATION/SciMinerDB/Modules/Annotation).

Update: New version of SciMiner has been released (01/15/2010).
* VMware image is now available in Ubuntu v9.10
* SciMiner can be set to use only PubMed abstracts. (Processing full text html can be disabled)
* A proxy server can be specified to download full text documents.
* Parser for PubMedCentral documents has been updated.
* Some other minor bugs have been fixed.
