We are currently in process of transitioning from Diabetic Neuropathy Microarray Knowledge-Base (DNMKB) to Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Knowledge-Base (DPNKB). DPNKB is a web-based data repository and analysis portal of DN-related transcriptomics data.

DPNKB is a web-based data repository and analysis portal of DN-related transcriptomics data. DPNKB contains 140 differentially expressed gene (DEG) sets from 18 DPN-related high-throughput gene expression profiling data sets (both microarray and RNA-Seq), obtained from peripheral (dorsal root ganglia, sciatic nerve, and sural nerve) and central (hippocampus) nervous tissues from several mouse models (db/db, BTBR ob/ob, high-fat diet, and Streptozotocin-induced) and human subjects. General public can freely access to 49 DEG sets from 11 microarray & 56 DEG sets from 2 RNA-Seq data sets as of 10/01/2020, and the remaining data will be available as soon as their relevant studies are published.

DPNKB users can search and explore significantly dysregulated genes and pathways reported in the published literature using default or adjustable significance and fold-change cut-offs of DEGs. Refer to the User Manual for more details and step-by-step instructions.

  ABOUT HELP

The development of DNMKB was supported by the Diabetic Complications Consortium Pilot & Feasibility Program and A. Alfred Taubman Medical Research Institute.
